Who we are
Courtney Mallory, MS, CCC-SLP
Founder, Executive Director, Speech-Language Pathologist
Courtney Mallory is a speech-language pathologist from Indianapolis, IN. She received her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Purdue University in 2021 and has been serving the greater Indianapolis area ever since. Before graduate school, she attended Anderson University where she graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Education with a focus in Special Education and Non-Profit Leadership.
During her undergraduate studies, she majored in Special Education and even received her teacher’s license, but it was a summer camp getting to know children with disabilities, specifically a child who used an eye gaze AAC device, that sparked her interest and eventual passion for AAC. She has grown in knowledge and experience ever since.

They founded Find Your Voice AAC in 2025 to help address the growing need for affordable services for individuals with disabilities.
When they’re not working as therapists, they’re likely gardening, exploring state and national parks, waiting for Christmas, or playing with their daughter.
